Not sure which planet you live in, inflation here is ~10% 😂 we are looking at usd prices right? So 100usd one year ago are equivalent to 110usd today.
The value of fees will be enough to cover the miners, in 100 years, if it will look like that won’t be the case, maybe it will be time to discuss it, for now.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

for most people inflation was higher than 20% in a year. 20% is on the low side of your purchasing power loss.
I agree it’s definitely closer to 20! So the correct numbers would be:
-23% xmr
-62% btc
-85% zcash
None was a store of value in the last year.
