It was relatively recently that I discovered I was allergic to several things. It's wild how I used to get so anxious I'd want to scratch my skin off like, oh, no, I was itchy from being covered in something I was allergic to 😂

I can choose to not be anxious or itchy and just take care of myself!

the choice requires the elimination of the cause.

my generation, X, and eveyrone since, has been subjected to injection of substances that cause life long immune dysfunction.

you can't just pretend that didn't happen. nor can you ignore the fact that it is basically a pandemic since about 20 years ago in the population born since the 70s

Maybe! For me at least I was just severely allergic to dust mites and living a dusty ass bitch lifestyle 🤣

yeah, well, you probably are wrong about that. if you get the rash (itchy bitch thing that results in pus and sometimes blood) and you also get the bronchoconstriction (since you say dust, it sounds like it) it's probably rooted in your digestive system, specifically the intestines, and what causes it is plant proteins triggering an immune reaction.

and it's not just the rash and the asthma, it's also itchiness in general, and joint pain, because everything goes spastic, inflammation is happening all over the place and why it makes you crazy is because it causes the brain to swell.

there are other areas that get messed up as well but the ones that cause the broadest systemic problem are related to the intestines. disease is nonbinary. you can have a bit of this and a bit of that and a bit of the other thing. contaminated environment with heavy metals, offgassing of VoCs and radioactive isotopes among other things also contribute.

I love eating plants though 😭🥗🍅🥕🍆🍠

i'm talking about seeds. wheat, soy, corn, sunflower, and so on.

some seeds are not so bad if you roast them or sprout them. all of them contain foreign proteins that are generally hard to digest and digestion happens in the intestines so if the intestines are angry, they don't digest so well, and the irritation causes tiny holes in the membrane that allow the partially decomposed plant proteins to enter the bloodstream, where white blood cells react to them and trigger inflammatory reactions that can affect your body anywhere. and the high carbohydrate content compounds the problem by feeding the inflammation, and taxing the kidneys that are now busy eliminating the ... well... byproducts of the reaction, which further compound the problem by diverting energy away from your health.
