JUST IN: A BTC Treasury Shareholder Proposal has been submitted to Meta by Ethan Peck, an employee at The National Center for Public Policy Research.

Peck, who previously submitted proposals to $MSFT and $AMZN, filed this one on behalf of his family’s shares.
