Many years ago, I tried salsa once and I was all hoppity and this guy just yelled at me "stop hopping" and I never went back, until last year.

It's really fun and a good exercise and to meet others and to get in cuddle positions haha and holding hands with other humans and coordinate. Good hormones produced.
