Lots of ways.

Such as ?

Increased muscle mass leads to increased bone mass, no insulin resistance, better cardiovascular health, better response to stress and recovery. The benefits are endless.

Gaining muscle IS a stress. So at most you've shown exercise pushes the body to adapt to these things.

Insulin resistance is irrelevant with proper diet. If you are eating the right foods you do not need a "strengthened" insulin response.

Nothing you've mentioned improves longevity, they are just isolated indicators. If you have a proper nutrition profile and thus normal weight, along with unstrained exercises like walking and stretching, nothing you've mentioned improves on that. Actualy the opposite is true. Straining your heart and body decrease life expectancy. Blue zones don't have Gyms.

"Better cardio vascular health"

What do you mean by this ?

I'm assuming you mean better resting heart rate right ? A stronger Heart through exercise the way you have a stronger arm from lifting weights , right ?

Except that's not how the heart works. The heart responds to running as a stressor, it is always trying to reach homestasis along with other body systems. Running and heart intensive exercises stimulate the flight or fight response. This is why you feel good after a work out, your body thinks you just survived a bear attack or something life threatening.

Frequent weekly/daily stressors like this reduce heart strength over time. Look up cardiac arrest rates in runners, baskeball, footbal, weightlifting.

You’re saying it’s healthier to be weak?

Also, you’re saying exercise is unhealthy. Got it.

walking and stretching are exercise. So not all exercise.

Gym culture and intense sport, yes.

Again, the body will adapt to stressors, but stressors over prolonged periods do not increase longevity

Being strong is healthier than being weak.

It depends.

In a H2H fight, sure. But then even a lightweight trained Bjj beats a weightlifter.

A gun, kind of equalizes physical combat, and has for centuries.

A lifter can't chase after a sprinter.

Keep in mind, i'm not arguing for being weak. I have just concluded that calisthenics, short sprints and stretching, in the style of Ido Flow and a good diet of raw organs, eggs and meats are optimal for health and strength, and strain on the body.

For instance, Gym culture is mostly based around isolated muscles, which means most of the body, the parts that don't attract girls, are weak. So that's a type weakness. I would bet on a third world cement hauler vs a gym bro, any day. Both are damaging their long term survival though.

You're arguing random points that I'm not trying to make.
