When it comes to running an "Economic Node," this just means you are using your own node's blockchain data to keep track of your UTXOs, and if/when you need to make a transaction, you use your own node to publish it, and your node then shares it with the rest of the network. The above can very easily be achieved using Start9 with Sparrow Wallet or Nunchuk, and I am sure other wallets support it, too.
