Just FYI my thoughts on this, while being more specific over time, were largely developed during the Blocksize War and haven’t changed much since. Just gotten more defined.

I credit that time for an enormous amount of my education and understanding of Bitcoin. Still look back and think how lucky I was to be here during its “self discovery” era.
