When you realize you've been fasting everyday and didn't know.
It’s all about not eating after dinner too. That’s the period between dinner and sleep when most people binge on shitty food.

I understand that. In the morning, everyone’s in a hurry. In the evening, it’s nice to with the family
Just stop eating early. You'll be hungry in the evening for 3 days. But you get used to it. You probably wont be hungry at breakfast, but it'll taste good when you get it.
I find it’s a relatively easy transition from 14 to 18 hour fast. I did 16 in the past as well: I don’t really feel the need to eat at a certain time.
Meals definitely hit the stop when the fast ends👌🏾
