Very strange, I posted a note to only two private relays, and within 10 minutes it somehow propagated to other relays 🤔
How does this happen?
What do you mean “you posted it to only two relays”, how do you pick?

I see six relays on Highlighter
When i am not signed in, so it might have a default list in addition to the ones you are on? Just guessing
