Summer in the south you don’t even make it outside. You open the door to outside and it feels like opening a door to the oven. Step outside and it feels like trying to move around in a warm wet washcloth. Inside there’s excessive air conditioning. It feels like you have to change your entire outfit at a threshold. The mosquitoes don’t even get me started on the mosquitoes.

I’ve stepped outside in a Southern summer and instantly been coated in a layer of sweat šŸ˜‚ literally from 0 to soaked in a second or two

And it’s HUMID heat 🄵

Yeah it’s no makeup season because it will just slide off your face.

Sounds like I have better problems

Back in the day my Dad’s side of the family had a ranch in Colorado about 2 hours due north of you. That’s how they handled southern summers.

Great plan. I need a beach house 4 the spring

I support this idea.
