Is there any AI platforms that guarantee what you type into it dont get recorded?, and or if you create something on it, who has legal rights to what was created with its assistance?, it's your thoughts and ideas going into it, the AI is basically expanding them.

... Can you have legal rights on something if you are on here anonymously ?

Oh, I forgot the anonymous legal rights question.

Basically, the court system in most places won't let you do anything without at least a lawyer or some type of representative knowing your identity. But it doesn't generally have to be public. And even if you can't defend your copyright in court, that doesn't mean others are officially legally allowed to use your stuff without your permission, it just helps them get away with it

Generally with who can use a creation it's a free for all where every country says they decide how it works there for stuff created anywhere
