My wife couldn’t care less about Bitcoin. However, we started using the fold card as our main debit card and I think that is been a good way to make Bitcoin more approachable for her. She can still spend fiat on a debit card while racking up Bitcoin rewards to use for other purchases for whatever she wants. It’s been a great way for her to learn while getting to use Bitcoin in a real way.
I tried to Fold a couple of years ago, but the Fiat rails stopped working for a while. I've recently tried it again now that they have bitcoin deposits and the ACH works again.
I plan on doing the same thing. I even told Brian Harrington that Fold is perfect for my wife. I'm just waiting for her card to come in the mail.
