So npub.cash runs all the time accepting Lightning payments, and then - when I open cashu.me - it talks to the mint I've configured in order to convert it to a token?
Or maybe it's already converted to a token by npub.cash immediately on the Lightning payment, which is simply collected later when I start the app on my phone
I guess cashu.me can tell npub.cash, via a nostr note, which mint should be used?

npub.cash stores the cashu tokens, redeemable by the receiver's wallet when they come online later. And, if I understand correctly, they now use Cashu's P2PK "locking script" (NUT11) such that the tokens can only be spent by the intended receiver. I assume that is whoever has the nsec corresponding to the npub to which the zap was sent
