This is my anticipated response, but when you are trying to convince people about space lasers controlling the population as an apparent brain surgeon you can't just say they dont have it until 25.

So it’s harder to control them after the myelin thickens?
I dont get that far in his analysis because his credibility is busted from my perspective but what he said is you can get passed the myelin with the RF/space laser/ whatever mode (he mentioned several). Ergo, if they don't have myelin they are a better target.
