Maybe go lift some weights or some other physical activity?

Kinda going through the same thing right now.
Yesterday I was very exhausted and unmotivated. Which is not like me at all.
I tried a workout but was yawning for most of it. And workouts ALWAYS help boost my mood and give me energy.
I dunno there’s something going on. Might also just be February blues?
I imagine that could be worse where you are. Here at least we have sunshine today, which for me personally affects my mood.

We haven’t seen sunshine here in about a week now?
I think there’s a few different factors involved
Some burnout too
But, spring is coming.
Golf season is coming.
And I’m already feeling better today.
