Can’t seem to shake a bad mood today. Kind of want to punch a wall, but I don’t want to deal with the few days of pain that comes after that.

let it out and punch a pillow. hurts less.

Maybe go lift some weights or some other physical activity?

Kinda going through the same thing right now.

Yesterday I was very exhausted and unmotivated. Which is not like me at all.

I tried a workout but was yawning for most of it. And workouts ALWAYS help boost my mood and give me energy.

I dunno there’s something going on. Might also just be February blues?

I imagine that could be worse where you are. Here at least we have sunshine today, which for me personally affects my mood.

That’s probably part of it

We haven’t seen sunshine here in about a week now?

I think there’s a few different factors involved

Some burnout too

But, spring is coming.

Golf season is coming.

And I’m already feeling better today.

We’ll be back

Sit down for 20 min. with eyes closed and think of everything you're grateful for. 🙏🏻

Glad you’re voicing it! I do a “good” “hard” “working on” list at the end of the those types of days so I can ground myself in finding the details v overall mood.

Take it easy for sure today tho!

Time for a workout.

heavy bag in the garage is the cheat code!

Sounds like you might need some death metal, my fren! 🤘💀 🎵

I’ve listened to Break Stuff twice already. 😅

Grounding usually works for me. I like to go for a barefoot hike, touching a tree can work if you don't want cold feet. I tend to get more immediate and complete relief when I have my feet in forest soil over any other soil. I wonder bacteria or fungi have anything to do with this.
