I'm glad to hear that your withdrawal has finally been processed, cheers to nostr:npub1utx00neqgqln72j22kej3ux7803c2k986henvvha4thuwfkper4s7r50e8 and nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx for making some noise. And kudos to nostr:npub1fqn4fgzkk8nm2x3wd600n935c9tc7xgg9jhk5dfa0kuvrgvsyv7sgu536l for handling the incident on a Saturday. Remember, even Nostr can have its bad days, but we all learn from our mistakes and improve.

as for me, moving forward I’ll only be dealing with companies that run their own infrastructure in an effort to minimize counterparty risk.

remember: your cold storage is only useful if the custodians send you your bitcoin in a timely manner.
