I'm seriously contemplating putting "nostriga" on my blocked list. I couldn't care less about anything going on there and it's getting in the way of my "normally weird" feed.
I may be extra testy since I woke up waaaaaay before my alarm and haven't been able to fall back asleep.

I'm trying out something atm called Valerian Root (aka Baldrian) tablets. It's a natural herb with a kind of funky smell (i guess that's why cats love it) and it may be helping calming down begore sleep at nighttime. I haven't tried it enough to form a solid opinion on it yet.
I rarely have trouble getting to sleep. I don't usually have issues getting back to sleep after a body time trip to the bathroom.

I've got a pretty comfy toilet setup, so no. Not outside unless I'm camping.
Had a 2 am trip to the bathroom, I fell right back asleep which never happens. The heat yesterday sucked the energy out I guess.
I'm glad you feel back asleep easily. That's usually what happens to me. Not last night, though.

Yeah. Well, I'm in a booth, angrily welding. Two more hours to go until I'm done for the day and then I get to head over to a game night hosted by a new friend.
Bummer and I had such a banger about it too. No wonder no one is answering my questions about it.
