And even if your risk assessment (did you do one? formally? not from a shill selling you his security training course?) idicates it might be good to have a security team, FIRST you need:

- an AED

- first aid kit that is CLEARLY MARKED and PROPERLY STOCKED

- people who know first aid and STOP THE BLEED
