My main concern would be making sure you get the same warranty coverage as a new unit and ideally at a discount.
Price would probably be half of the new in box price & not sure about a warranty… I doubt i.

If it's for personal use I'd say go for it.
If it's for selling snacks, I can show you about 350 fb marketplace posts trying to sell.
