Yes, a super generous 5 days. What’s wrong with paternity leave? It’s a benefit offered by my employer, used to attract physicians to the group.
What father would want to spend time with their newborn child when they can fiat mine instead?

No thank god… American, and definitely worded that poorly. My employer gives new fathers 5d paid time off as a perk and I supplemented with some vacation as well. There is no law requiring paid paternity leave in my state.
On another note, I just looked up the parental leave laws in Canada and 🤯
For my second kid I took the five weeks it just came in. simply amazing, however if you want I can show you my taxes.
