Yeah, it is. Many still think meditation is a tool for relaxation. Whereas it is a technique (later simply a state of being) during which you heal detrimental conditionings we have built up for years and generations! So yes, it's not always pleasant. It is just what it is. And by letting it be what it really is and taking a step back to observe, gratefulness, beauty, love enters your life, independent of preferences and outside circumstances.
