I got a couple of these. They are pretty cheap and flimsy. Pretty much crap. I prefer the coldcard.

everyone has their own opinion
Yes. My opinion is based on owning most of the major HW wallets. They all have their pros and cons. The jade however seems like the cheapest of them. The button (the little stick thing) feels like it's going to break off, the casing seems thin and cheap. It just seems like a junk product compared to the others.
In fact I would prefer any other HW wallet I've tried to the Jade. Cannot recommend it. I'd rather use Ledger or Trezor to the jade. And like I said, ColdCard is best in class in my experience.
Yes it's my opinion. An informed, experienced, and unbiased opinion.

Have not tried a bitbox, but some issues I have with it. It requires being plugged into a computer and therefore cannot be used airgapped. It does not allow you to create your own entropy.
It appears to be focused as a discount device. Something you can get into for a low price. If that's what you want, maybe it's a good entry level device. Then again, I'm not sure a discount HW wallet is a great idea in the first place.
Perhaps I will buy one to check it out.
