I hadn't made this style of curry in a while. I was pretty stoked with how it turned out. Instead of using curry paste, you're using fresh ground up turmeric and tamarind to get that color.

This is the way 💜🤌🫡🤤

I'm thinking of doing this now, and adding a egg yolk to the curry sauce with some crushed Aleppo pepper 🌶️.
