This was me 120 days ago after slipping up for the holidays and eating a fuckton of sugar. I was 225 lbs which still wasn’t bad considering my top weight was 265 back in 2013. I got down to 189 in 2015 being super strict on #keto for over a year and then spent 2016-2022 doing dirty keto hovering between 200-220, and developing my dad bod after my son was born. In these last 120 days, I’ve only missed 9 workouts. I’ve been much more strict with keto, even going #carnivore for 3-8 days at a time. The only sugar I’ve had is the honey in my creatine shit cookie that I force myself to choke down every day. I’m still at 225 lbs. But I’m completely unrecognizable.
