At first I thought it was a bat.

Oh bad brisket can be so disappointing.

A lot places will cook it in water because it keeps it moist & prevents burning.

It tends to make it bland though, which I suspect is he case with this one.

Don't give up man, the prefect brisket is only 10hrs away!

It was mushy, moist, and slimy with all that disintegrated cartilage and fat. Tasty, but gave me a pretty yucky feeling in the mouth. Will try again, someplace else

Is this reason enough to go to bit block boom?

So 'ne Art Tafelspitz ohne Meerrettich. Sehr weich, aber gar nicht mein Fall. Nannte sich "Brisket". Grosse Enttäuschung leider 🥲
