this is a complete lie. citrea doesn't publish jpegs into the bitcoin blockchain. citrea is just a zk-rollup. it publishes a zk proof into each bitcoin block representing transactions that happened outside the blockchain.
this is what you would do if you DON'T want jpegs in the bitcoin blockchain.
I wonder if these people even ponder the concept of reputational damage in the space
