I appreciate the zaps very much but I am having a hard time understanding the culture of when a post is zap worthy. Is there an unwritten rule? Is it like tipping IRL? Is there a flow chart? 😅

I feel like it's, do I want to support the creation of more content like this. if yes #zap
This is more where my mind goes.
I zap ⚡️ all sorts of things, funny memes, articles I find interesting or just a simple zap ⚡️ with a good morning , all around 21.
I’ll then zap bigger for supporting devs, art, meet ups etc , anything from 2100 - 100000
It’s really up to you. I’m unaware of any rules 💜🫂☕️
Did you enjoy it, did it make you laugh, was it insightful, interesting? That's what I zap.
I zap when I really like something, more than a simple “like”. Can be a note, a picture, an answer to a question!
This was my original thought on when I should zap but with the variety of good content, I feel as if there has to be something outstanding.
How do you define “outstanding” ? 😁
I really don't use the like button much - pretty much if I like a post it gets zapped.
That’s awesome! I use them as a tiered system. Like for notes that are cool and interesting. Zaps for things that really make me think or challenge me and provide a clear argument.
