Stupid goals.

I have zero interest in centralized social media. So I can’t even bring myself to read the article. Just no. Stop. It’s over.

They are building the app on the Activity Pub protocol. But to be fair, ActivityPub doesn’t even have account migration tools from server to server. So the experience is essentially centralized with communication federated.

If Meta is responsible for it, I have zero trust in it.

This is bullish… the use of an open (yet flawed) open source protocol by a large centralized social media company is “so fucking bullshit” for a censorship resistant open protocol like Nostr.
