As dev with experience it might be easier, but you really have to stand out.

There are some options in Switzerland or full remote but not that much.

Relai, MtPelerin, Bity, BitBox, Tether, Bitcoin Suisse, sometimes Kraken or Binance are also hiring in Switzerland but I didn't see it for long and you have to accept the cryptoshitcoin part of it.

Sometimes I'm thinking we have to create our own job in Bitcoin if we really want to, but it's easier to say than done.
