Kinda crazy how expensive it is to live alone in New York. I feel like I can barely afford to do it. Went to check out this 1 bedroom today. Tenant still there obvi. And it's $6,750/mo w 15% brokers fee. π
But the only space that's I've seen that feels liveable enough for one's mental health.
