On Nostr I always read that zaps go where there is value.
Value for value is a mantra here.
I think I bring enough value, because I get a lot of likes, but I think the zaps are gone.

Yeah only certain users zap. Many don't. Or at least not very often.

I agree, when had my other account back in the "Good 'ol days" of nostr I got a lot of zaps. Granted I did have like 15x more followers back then.
I haven't been on Nostr for a couple of months. Now that I've returned, I can't zap . I'm really bummed.
There is no reason to be sorry, it is a general discourse, perhaps just a feeling I have.

Me too... In my case, I try to speak more in Portuguese to build loyalty in this community and I even continue trying to attract people from abroad to Bitcoin and here, but even though I speak more in English, I haven't received zaps in a long time.
Personally, I don't have much money to share, my conditions are a little low where I live... But I still continue.
