Yes it is but since they stop the beta phase with zero fee and where many were selling at low fee for testing and getting rewards and network fee were super low. Now if you add up the fee to Peach, the network fee and premium that seller ask for, you often only see offers at 8 to 12% premium, especially when price dip.
As a seller it's interesting if you manage to sell large enough stack to save on network fees, as apparently there is still demand for non-KYC bitcoins at these high fee, so if you stay readonnable and beat other seller price you could sell fast. And you pay extra for the support and escrow service in case of trouble.
Note that it's the same for Bisq more or less except that you need a running PC 24:7 to make offers.
Robotsats is much more interesting as it's on Lightning, you save network fees and it run on Tor onion and you can run you own instance on your node for maxium privacy (in one click install on Umbrel). The escrow however I never had to use it so not sure how you solve issues, depend on how lucky you are with picking your escrow. We could even imagine unintentionned people running many escrow accounts and offers in parallel accounts and scam unlucky people that end up picking both their offer and one of their escrow. Not sure if it's a thing or not thus.
