From the book "The Magnesium Miracle", by dr Carolyn Dean:

"If there is too much calcium in the kidneys and lining the renal (kidney) arteries, and not enough magnesium to dissolve it, you can get kidney stones."

My kidneys are so upset with me since I got Covid so many times. The only thing that's been helpful is changing my diet and fasting. I'm glad I eventually found a dietician who would agree with you!
