I watched the first season & 2 episodes of the second. I never read the books but have been disappointed in the show. First season is better than the second fyi.

Didn't read the books either, but it isn't hard to imagine them being better than the show. Show has some cool aspects, but all the female characters are pretty annoying so far. Salvor, Gaal, the Cloud Princess chick.
