For custom apps on nostr, instead of random event kinds like 33442, let's use descriptive and human-readable "f" tags (for "folder") such as "apps/market/item" and corresponding "d" tag "apps/market/item/[uuid]".

I have used 30078 (Application-specific data) in IrisDB, but it could be some other 30000+ if we want a kind of its own for these directory & file path entries.

Probably good for it to be its own kind number — to not confuse people into thinking it’s NIP-78 on accident.
