Yep. It seems to be the best one. But I think I am misusing it (too much granularity in the images phones request).
Yes really a great platform. I use it from the beginning. I asked because a resizing server is RAM hungry and on Heroku large dynos are quite pricey, perhaps a standard VPS can let you save a bit.

Edge. I thought about doing it on AWS but I can't spent too much time keeping servers alive :(
Either way, this use is just for APK installers. Imagine when it hits the play store.
