#steakstr air fryer “learning exercise”. May need a bit of condiment to get this acceptable, annoying that after 40 minutes, it looked pretty awesome but left it longer because I thought it needed it for the slow roast. 🤦‍♂️ #grownostr

I tried steak on my Ninja Foodie Grill XL one time and immediately went back to the cast iron skillet thereafter.

This was silverside, so no way of it working in a normal pan. I like experimenting, also heard surfer Jim doing something similar with a frozen steak. Not planning on changing my current steak 🥩 methodology.
