Need an energy guy, a food guy, and a telecoms guy.

We all buy adjacent land, build a community, then follow the Greek model - when community gets to two hundred dudes, half of them leave and build a new one.

Cheap land is key. Probably anywhere can be beautiful if you invest your care and attention. I'd like to be far enough away from established civilization that we have to plan ahead wrt supplies, and amazon won't be delivering there.
