That's what I started with too.
I recommend joining plebnet telegram channel. But read the recommended prerequisites they describe before asking too many questions. I got told to read after I asked some "stupid" questions.
Start small. It's more complex and buggy then the videos ever share or cover.

Do you have a handle on command line basics?
Oh yeah, I've been using Linux for 20 years or so, I've worked at web hosts and ISP. Debian is my favorite OS! I've already got wireguard VPN and keypair SSH access setup to my node. Securing things before I start doing anything with money involved.
