I feel better and better. Today, I took an iron supplement.
I feel less weakness. Workout done, 10k walk done, everything is great.
Weight at 84 kg, ketones at 5.6 mmol/l.
Visually, I look better and better with every day without food. My head is clear. The only discomfort is weakness. Tomorrow should be better, as iron will help.
