FASTING 28.

Not eating for 28 days. Is it possible? What will happen? Is it good or bad for health?

I've done many water fasts in the past. The last one was 21 days, and it had very good effects on everything. I lost 14 kg (30 lbs) in 3 weeks and doubled my testosterone.

This time, I'll fast for 28 days. Will work out in the gym every day for 30 minutes. Will walk 10k steps daily minimum. Will film lots of videos and assemble a short documentary and a guide on fasting.

Yesterday, before the sleep, I took 10 tablets of Senna to empty my GI tract.

Today, I was 92.2 kg. Dropped 1.4 kg in the toilet (became 90.8 kg). Did the blood tests. Did the 30 min workout. Was drinking water with lemon, ACV, and Himalayan salt. 48 hours. The day was interesting. Was lifting weights, swimming, taking sun baths, doing business, writing, filming. Was drinking cold salty water with drops of lemon and ACV several times.

At 48 hours, my ketones were at 0.7 mmol/l. 72 hours. I was feeling weak today. Physical activity and cold showers were waking me up. As the body switches from using glucose as an energy source to fat, it is expected to feel weak. Also, as we go deeper into the fast, the body tries to preserve as much energy as possible and spends it only on important stuff, which helps to survive.

My weight today at 8 AM was 89.5 kg.

My ketons level was 3.7 mmol/l, which means I am in deep ketosis, and now my body uses fat for energy.

It is very important to use everything you want to preserve and improve, as the body will use everything you don't need for survival as resources. Therefore, I lift weights and walk to use muscles, and also think, learn, analyze, and create to use my brain.

The more time passes, the higher the survival stakes, so the body will need to upgrade everything you use to increase the chances to catch food and survive.

My sugar was 38 mg/dl, which is very low for a narmal person. But because I am adapted to fasting and am in ketosys now, the body doesn't need much sugar. 96 hours. Was feeling weak when I didn't move, normal when I did. Everything as usual, lifting, walking, shooting videos, writing, communicating...

My ketones were at 3.6 mmol/l, so I'm fully operating on fat, and if I dont interrupt this by eating anything, I'll use my fat until the storage is empty.

My weight was 88 kg. I lose almost one kg every day. Weight loss will slow down the longer the fast, but anyway, it's much faster than with any other method. And the weight lost is mostly fat, almost no muscle.

The metabolism is accelerated in a fasted state because of raised adrenaline and growth hormone levels. This helps with weight loss a lot.

When you restrict calories, on the other hand, your metabolism slows down, and you lose muscle, too. And it is also discomforting. So, we choose our discomfort, eating less or fasting. But the latter is much more effective.

144 hours (6 days). I felt weaker these two days. It did take more willpower to move and do anything.

My weight was 87.4 kg in the morning.

Today, my ketones were 6.1 mmol/l, deep ketosis.

Workout done. 10k steps done.

I feel mental clarity. No pains in the body. No thoughts about food at all. Absolute determination. 192 hours. Today I felt better. Less weakness. Was doing usual things: workout, riding my sportbike, doing business, writing, creating, shooting & editing videos.

My weight is 86.1 kg, down 6 kg. My ketons were at 5.6 mmol/l, which means I'm in deep ketosis.

No food thoughts come into my mind, as I'm thinking about greatness most of the time. I feel better and better. Today, I took an iron supplement.

I feel less weakness. Workout done, 10k walk done, everything is great.

Weight at 84 kg, ketones at 5.6 mmol/l.

Visually, I look better and better with every day without food. My head is clear. The only discomfort is weakness. Tomorrow should be better, as iron will help.

82 kg. Functioning normally. Visual difference becomes more obvious.

Even though I don't eat, cooking for others gives me great pleasure. The smell kinda satiates me 😄

408 hours. The last two days I was feeling weak. Did 10k steps anyway. Any physical activity required a lot more effort.

The weight loss slowed down. I am drinking lots of water, which adds some weight, too.

Ketones are at 6.8 mmol/l, an absolute ketosis.

I am driving my liter sportbike without any problems.

My mind is very calm and clear.

I become energized during meaningful conversations with interesting people.

I don't crave food, but I get pleasure imagining what I'll cook and how I'll eat after I finish the fast.

414 hours. 17+ days. I finished my fast.

During the last 2 days I felt weaker than usual, and in the last several hours I became so weak that I was barely able to walk. Also, a vertigo started. I felt that this was going to end badly, so I finished the fast. The goal was to use fasting for health benefits, not to establish records.

I ate 6 eggs, a couple of pieces of cheese, and 100g of meat. I felt discomfort in my stomach. The vertigo stopped. Then I went to sleep.

12 hours after that, I ate 700g of beef.

Now I'm feeling good and there is no more weakness.
