72 hours. I was feeling weak today. Physical activity and cold showers were waking me up. As the body switches from using glucose as an energy source to fat, it is expected to feel weak. Also, as we go deeper into the fast, the body tries to preserve as much energy as possible and spends it only on important stuff, which helps to survive.
My weight today at 8 AM was 89.5 kg.
My ketons level was 3.7 mmol/l, which means I am in deep ketosis, and now my body uses fat for energy.
It is very important to use everything you want to preserve and improve, as the body will use everything you don't need for survival as resources. Therefore, I lift weights and walk to use muscles, and also think, learn, analyze, and create to use my brain.
The more time passes, the higher the survival stakes, so the body will need to upgrade everything you use to increase the chances to catch food and survive.
My sugar was 38 mg/dl, which is very low for a narmal person. But because I am adapted to fasting and am in ketosys now, the body doesn't need much sugar.
