96 hours. Was feeling weak when I didn't move, normal when I did. Everything as usual, lifting, walking, shooting videos, writing, communicating...

My ketones were at 3.6 mmol/l, so I'm fully operating on fat, and if I dont interrupt this by eating anything, I'll use my fat until the storage is empty.

My weight was 88 kg. I lose almost one kg every day. Weight loss will slow down the longer the fast, but anyway, it's much faster than with any other method. And the weight lost is mostly fat, almost no muscle.

The metabolism is accelerated in a fasted state because of raised adrenaline and growth hormone levels. This helps with weight loss a lot.

When you restrict calories, on the other hand, your metabolism slows down, and you lose muscle, too. And it is also discomforting. So, we choose our discomfort, eating less or fasting. But the latter is much more effective.
