Tonight I made cheesy tallow fries topped with hot Italian sausage, onion, cilantro, over-easy eggs, and BOY do I recommend.

I’d share a photo but we ate it too fast.

Sounds good but Id replace cilantro with italian parsley so the suasage and the eggs are the dominant taste
