Proof that you don't need all the fancy grow lights and racks to start your seeds. These are started in reused plastic food containers.

We recently moved onto our homestead, which is 40 acres of raw land, absolutely no infrastructure beyond our outdoor shower that we just built. We live currently live in our truck camper, so I don't have space for grow lights and racks.

I've seen people give advice to others that either didn't have the money to buy the fancy racks or the space. I want to inspire other to think creatively when learning to grow their own food. Just start, even failure is still learning and growing your knowledge.

If you have not looked into "Winter Sowing" you should check that out. I did a hybrid version of that and the high density seed starting of Charles Dowding. Worked well.

Oh, I love the winter sowing method but we don't drink dairy so collecting milk jugs in the short term was a challenge.
