Yeah that’s a neat tool for the next to-do list
One of the biggest challenging is dealing with people who think their “needs” exist in the green square when really they belong in the red square and aren’t my problem at all. lol
This is shown in every pilot crm training, wasn’t sure where it originated
Except they butchered it and call them do, delegate, delay and drop so it’s cooler because it’s 4Ds
