same with the blackstone. huge griddle surface is awesome for cooking most things and gets you out of the kitchen.
I had a Blackstone, it never got hot enough to sear anything. Tossed it.

bummer. mine gets smokin' hot in ~5 minutes. I cook all kinds of meats on it regularly. had it for > 1 year.
Damn. Maybe I had a lemon. It sucked.
