Their seats are uncomfortable. Butt hurts after 30 minutes because their seats are paper thin — I don’t have this problem with any other airline. But it got us where we needed to go.

Yeah I used Sprit to travel from DFW to BWI. They were as cheap as $40 but they didn’t offer even water without payment
