because when BTC on-chain fees are high it's cheaper to resize LN channels from L-BTC
also, keeping large amount of BTC in LN for long time might be bit risky due to LN channels not be stable enough overtime.
Exactly, I would not put a high amount on LN at the moment, not even in LN self-custody.
